How to Log In to Contentful
Go to the Contentful login page and enter your email address and password to log in.External authentication accounts such as Google or SSO cannot be used for integration. For details, see Restriction: Integration Failure Due to External Authentication Accounts such as Google or SSO.
How to Obtain the Organization ID

After logging in to Contentful, click Organization name in the upper left corner of the screen. Then select Organization settings & subscriptions.

Next, select Organization information from the top menu tabs.

The Organization ID is displayed on the Organization information page. This is your organization ID. Save it for later.
Integration Setup
- In the integrations screen, search for Contentful.

Enter your Contentful login email address and password along with the organization ID obtained in the previous step. Then click Connect.
- Once the integration with Contentful is successful, the registered user information will appear in the account list. If the integration does not complete successfully. Go to the Status tab on the integrations screen, click Edit, and try connecting again. If the issue persists, please contact us via chat.
