Only users with Admin privileges in Canny (internal administrator users) will have their data retrieved.

How to Log in to Canny
Go to the Canny login page, select your login account, and enter your email address and password to log in.
How to Obtain Your Access Key

After logging in to Canny, click Settings from the user icon in the upper right.

Select the API & Webhooks menu. The API Key will be displayed — copy it.
Integration Setup
- In the integrations screen, search for Canny.

Enter the access key obtained in the previous step and click Connect.
- Once the integration with Canny is successful, registered user information will appear in the account list. If the integration does not complete successfully. Click Edit on the status tab of the integrations screen and try connecting again. If the issue persists, please contact us via chat.
