How to Log in to Coopel
On the Coopel login page, enter your email address and password to log in.External authentication accounts such as Google or SSO cannot be used for integration.
How to Get the Organization ID

After logging in to Coopel, select the workspace you want to link from the left menu and proceed to settings.

The Workspace ID is displayed to the right of the workspace name item. This will be your Organization ID, so save it.
Integration Setup
- Search for Coopel on the integration screen.

Enter the Organization ID obtained in the previous step and the username and password for logging in to Coopel. Then click Link.
- If the integration with Coopel is successful, the registered user information will be displayed in the account list. If it does not complete successfully, please edit from the status tab of the integration screen and try linking again. If you can’t solve it, please contact us by chat.
