How to Log in to Autodesk

Go to the Autodesk login page and enter your administrator account email address and password.
External authentication accounts such as Google or SSO cannot be used for this integration. For details, see Restriction: Integration failure due to Google authentication or SSO external accounts.

How to Obtain Your Workspace Key

After logging in to Autodesk, navigate to the link below and click the Settings icon in the upper right. Autodesk User List Settings icon On the next screen (the Settings page), part of the URL serves as the workspace key. Save it. Location of the workspace key

Integration Setup

  1. In the integrations screen, search for Autodesk.
  2. Enter the workspace key from the previous step, along with your Autodesk administrator username and password. Then click Connect. Entering integration credentials
  3. Once the integration with Autodesk is successful, registered user information will appear in the account list. If the integration does not complete successfully, click Edit on the status tab of the integrations screen. Try connecting again. If the issue persists, please contact us via chat.
