Prerequisites
How to Find the Base URL
On the desknet’s NEO login page, check the URL. The Base URL is the URL with/dneo.cgi removed from the end.
(Example: https://dn08610.dncloudtrial.com/cgi-bin/j1ql56/dneo)
How to Find the Username
The Login ID is your username.
Integration Setup
- In the Admina integrations screen, search for desknet’s NEO.

Enter the Base URL and username confirmed in the previous steps, then click Connect.
The workspace name and password fields are optional.
- Once the integration is successful, registered user information will appear in the account list. If the process did not complete successfully, go to the Status tab on the integrations screen, click Edit, and try connecting again. If the issue persists, please contact us via chat.
