How to Log In to ChatGPT for Teams

Go to the ChatGPT login page, enter your email address and password, and log in. (External authentication accounts such as Google or Microsoft cannot be used.) ChatGPT login page

How to Obtain the Workspace Key

  1. After logging in to ChatGPT, click the user icon in the upper right to open the menu.
  2. The team name displayed there is the workspace key — make a note of it.
    When connecting, use the team name exactly as displayed (spaces and capitalization are case-sensitive).Example:
    Display name: team name　→　Workspace name: team name    If you only have one Team, enter that workspace name.

Integration Setup

  1. In the integration screen, search for Chatgpt for Teams.
  2. Enter the workspace key obtained in the previous step. Along with your ChatGPT login email address and password, then click Connect. If two-factor authentication is enabled, refer to Integration Steps When Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) Is Enabled. Also enter your QR code or secret key. Entering integration credentials
  3. Once the ChatGPT for Teams integration is successful, registered user information will appear in the account list. If the setup does not complete successfully, go to the Status tab on the integration screen, click Edit. Try connecting again. If the issue persists, please contact us via chat.
