How to Log In
Go to the Craft login page and enter your email address and password to log in.
How to Confirm the Workspace Key
After logging in to Craft, open the workspace you want to manage and check the URL in your browser. In the following example, the{WORKSPACE_ID} portion is the workspace key.
Example: https://app.craft.io/account/{WORKSPACE_ID}/users
Integration Setup
- In the integrations screen, search for Craft.

Enter any workspace name, the Craft login email and password, and the workspace key obtained in the previous step. Then click Connect.
- Once the integration is successful, the registered user information will appear in the account list. If the integration does not complete successfully. Go to the Status tab on the integrations screen, click Edit, and try connecting again. If the issue persists, please contact us via chat.
